i spoke with pioneer rep at consumer electronic show and told me they expect to have the update disc for the z1 to the z2 to be released early may or mid april witch should fix the echo problem with the bluetooth and give it a new look other then that he said no other difference

Except for the huge map update discussed in the other thread...
