I've searched and all I can find is people who don't know how to make their iPods play audio....Moving forward...
All of a sudden, I cannot use the 3.5mm jack on the front of my F900BT. I can assign it in AV Settings to EXT, but when I go to use it, the AV1 option is greyed out, rendering it useless. Has anyone else seen this issue? When I assign it to iPod, my iPod plays just fine. When I assign it to Video, I can hear audio from my iPhone through Pandora. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this isn't functioning as it used to? I have a new tablet with data service that I'd like to hook up through the front panel 3.5mm jack and use it for internet music, but now I can't! Nothing has changed in my setup since this has worked, so I'm at a loss.
Also, is there any hack we can do to, say, use the iPod functionality of skip, play, pause, etc, with Pandora on an iPhone? I know the newer Pioneer units can do all of this, but there's gotta be a way to make it happen with the F900BT.
OR! Is there a hack to allow AV2 to assign to EXT? This would be really nice, considering, that if I want to use a 3.5mm source rather than my iPod, I have to go through the settings to reassign the input to EXT. Ugh. Help please. ![]()
