I installed my Z110BT into my 06 Chevy Silverado with the metra GMOS-04 for the onstar and bose.

My problem is when i put my key in and do the first "acc" turn of the key. The unit comes on, and sound plays. But as soon as i go to on position or start the car. I get no audio.

After endless hours of searching.

The amp wire on the z110 needs to be tied into the pink wire on the trucks harness to control the bose amp.

I am still waiting on some parts so i have not put the bezel and stuff in. But it works.

Im troubleshooting a different issue but im interested in your fix.

What is the difference betweent he pink and blue wires?

My issue is, when i turn on my HID fog lights.. my z120 shuts off audio. I am wired into the blue amp wire.

On my GM Harness the pink wire turns the amp on and off for the bose system.

While searching for my problem i seen a lot of posts with your problem, left un-answered. Maybe take it to a professional installer.

i just installed an avic-z130 in a cadillac escalade using the GMOS-04.

the blue/white wire of the avic needs to be connected to the blue/white wire on the 14-pin harness of the gmos-04.

For my silverado it is the pink to the blue/white.
