Hello Everyone,

I completed my audio build but I did have one issue. When trying to complete the bypass, I screwed up the remote wire area so I cant use that bypass anymore. Is there another way to bypass the unit? I looked through the forums but had no success tracking a response. I guess I'm one of the few that have made this mistake.

Thank You for looking,

Carlos

What do you mean by "remote wire area"? Did you damage the connector trying to remove the mute wire. There is no other PB bypass method for the Z110/Z120/Z130. If you really screwed-up the harness, you couldn't even connect the normal PB wire. In which case, you won't be able to enter routes - and many other things won't work. You may need to buy a new cable.

You are correct, I damaged the connector wire while trying to remove the mute wire. Everything else works perfect. I will look into buying a new cable :( Thank you for your post.
