I looked through all 20 + pages to see if anyone else was having my problem, but I saw no other posts. I have the Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT installed professionally a couple of weeks ago in my Mazda. After a few days, I noticed the sound didn't see right when I was in passenger seat. After playing with the fade/balance button I noticed no sound comes from the left speakers when using either Pandora or the iPod on my iphone 4 via the CD-IU50V cable (purchased new). I have tried a new cable and tried multiple iphones, ipads. The radio and bluetooth audio comes from all speakers perfectly. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Where did you buy the cable?

I got it from Crutchfield - the original and the replacement. I experimented today - removed part of dash and unplugged USB in back of unit and replugged. There is a short in either the cable or the radio. It sound would come from both sides of car, then as was pushing radio back and tightening screws, it would be lost. Crutchfield sending replacement radio - woo who!
