Has anyone found a solution to delete/disable speed cams (black spots) on AVIC F20BT unit?

I downloaded speed cams from Pioneer support site, it was 1 year free subscription.

Those speed cams are really outdated and I deleted them. Or at least I thought I did.

Speed cam icons disappeared on screen but they still give me that irritating audible warning when approaching a camera.

I also turned them off in settings menu, but still I can hear the warning through speakers.

I install them again from SD card and turn off/delete, but the warning sound just keeps irritating me!
