Have iphone 3g paired to my 3300bt.

Bluetooth volume on iphone maxed out, and volume on 3300 set to 3rd bar and still unable to adequately hear caller on other end.

Am I missing another setting?

Is the microphone plug on the back of the head unit fully inserted correctly ?

at least your's is actually working...mine i can't hear anything threw the speakers.
