I have Z1 that I have paired with my iPhone 4 but the problem I'm having is I didn't turn down the volume on the phone when I paired it so now when the phone rings it sounds like the speakers are going to blow.

How do I reset the connection without losing all my contacts and my steering wheel controls and all the important stuff???

Just turn down the ringtone volume on the Z1....
