I havnt gotten to play with these in person yet, so I want to see videos. The biggest thing that I want to see is if the nav mapping goes in 3D as you drive. this is the problem i have with the eclipse maps.

You have several map options including "3D twin view" which makes 70% of the left side of the screen 3D while the other 30% on the right side is 2D. This is my preferred view. Other views include route view, street level view, rear cam view, 2d view, and one other but I can't think of it.

I had the eclipse 5500 before getting the Z1. None of the eclipse models provide a 3D view that I know of. They have the standard 2D view which is boring after seeing the different views the Z1 provides
