overhead video device suggestion for my z120BT and Toyota 4runner

My 4runner has a device for the rear passengers to listen to music with wireless headset that worked with the original headunit. Since this was disabled when I upgraded to the z110BT/z120BT unit I'd like to install a overhead video (~7"?).

What options do I have and Do I need to run/snake new wires for this AV?

yeah dude, if u want to install an overhead monitor, u need a video RCA.

So big guess here... but does that mean Toyota more than likely did not RCA just to be kind?

Sounds like I'll need to either snake the RCA or pull the roof down to run it.

i actually did a headrest dvd players much easier to install, i bought mine from onfair.com hope this helps
