hello,

I wanted to know if anyone could help me out with the issue im having. I recently installed the complete 3.0 update guide that's pinned at the top and everything went great, but now when i plug my iPhone 4 into the cord to play music the 700bt just constantly reboots over and over. Imedietely when i unplug my phone it will pop back up and go to its normal functions. Anybody have any ideas why music cannot be played through iPhone anymore?

Hi there,

Just wanted to add a bit. This just happened to me. I've got a F90-BT with the latest firmware (3.x), etc.

I did the upgrade about a year ago - when they first shipped it, everything was working great - until a day ago.

I was driving on the highway, everything was normal, listening to my iphone 4 as I have been doing for about a year when the unit rebooted.

Then it would just stick in the startup screen. When I unplugged the iphone, everything booted normally. I can play a CD.

I then plugged the iphone 4 back in, and the unit rebooted - sticking in the startup screen. I tried a hardware reset. I then did a restore to factory defaults.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Again, the unit in this particular configuration was working for the past year when all of a sudden it just stopped working?! Thanks, Jeff

I've been experiencing this exact problem. Pioneer told me to send it to them and they could reinstall the OS. I was hoping I could find a solution here first...
