Nav Track and Xm Radio Stopped working

I Have a Avic N2 with a GEX-P10XMT. My XM and Nav track stopped working. When i go to status it says not connected and no signal.I tried unplugging+replugging the module and antenna- nothing worked. Any suggestions??

Testing the cables and power would be the first step.
