I believe there are a number of people on here, including myself, that have the Z110/Z120 and we are on the fence about updating our older units to the newest Z130 via the SD update. Could those that pulled the trigger and done this, let us know what you think of the newest update?

 

What are your overall impressions of it? Does it have the same issues as the new Z130 units out of the box (no radio station names for presets, etc..)? Likes, dislikes. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just had my z130 installed over the weekend. I had a z120, got sick of no traffic.

 

Z130 is a bit quicker than Z120. Plus when your inputting POI's it blanks out the keyboard keys that don't apply. That is a big improvement. The traffic works killer. No change in XM tuning, HD Radio is nice. The hands free BT paired to the iPhone works awesome!! Have not received any complaints from the other side of the cell calls about excessive background noise. Pioneer finally fixed that crap.

 

It's worth it for a working BT phone integration and traffic.
