I think I can figure out the wiring but....

Where do I mount all this stuff in a 2001 Land Rover Discovery II?

changer will need a home that is large enough and mountable.

tuner, same thing

ipod um, same thing

voice command, well that goes on steering wheel

steering wheel interface, likely can go behind avic unit.

sorry I am not much more help with the first three things as i cant recall that vehicle at the moment

I believe there is a large storage cubby under the passenger seat, if memory serves me. There isn't a whole lot of room behind the dash. There is also some room in the center console under the insert.
