i know this isnt the right forum, but I have an avh-p6800dvd and i was wanting to know if the 2 wire method will work with this unit as it does for the z1 to bypass the motion sensor. i was told to come here and you guys might could help me with this. Any help is appreciated.

I know Im probably wrong, but I thought on the p6800 you just had to ground the PB wire?

It requires a simple switch or relay. Basically trick the parking brake into seeing ground on-off-on

Yes the parking brake wire must go to ground after the unit turns on. A 528t can be wired up to do it for you automatically.
