Hi...I recently installed the z130bt into to 2005 ford f250. i have a nokia n8 phone. every thing else about the head unit works fine, including the bluetooth functions. the only problem is that i cannot hear anyone i call, or whom calls me. they can hear me just fine, and i can make calls and do everything else. I just can't hear anyone. Can this be a speaker set up problem? Or maybe a bad unit? I'm a novice, can really use help.

I think hands-free audio (and voice guidance prompts) only plays on the front channels, but I could not find this stated in the Z130 manual. Is it possible your speakers are being driven off the HU's rear channels? Do you hear voice guidance?

Also, make sure the Hands-free phone audio level is not turned down.
