first of all excuse me, becouse i cant speak good english.

I have a problem with my navisystem Pioneer F900BT.

I need your help..

My Navi is more 2 years old. It havent any Garanties etc.

I must give that thing to pioneer and it will cost a lot.

A Pioneer service said me on the telefone, that this a SOftware Problem is.

Friday Morning I have a Error on My Display and I click OK. (The Error can come becouse I disconecting my USB STick with music.)

Since than my Navigation System will not start.

I see the Logo Pioneer Navgate and thats all.

It will not start and go to the Menu.

When I give them a CD with Mp3 Tracks, it play the music.

But all the Tasts not work. I can make it pure or lower.

I have installed the latest FIrmware and the Update CNSD200FM. I have bought the two last summer in (july).

I have hold the reset tast for 10 seconds. It doesnt help, too.

Since then was all OK but since Friday I cant do anything.

What can I make? The System will not start a new Firmware Update. I put the SD Card with update, but I see the logo (Start sreen).

Can you help me please?
