Good morning I'm new to the site but I just bought a z3 and have a couple of questions. I did the yellow and green bypass bit unit still will not work so I have not been able to set time or other functions does it repuire other things please hell

If your bypass is not working, I would suggest that you review the instructions and check your work. If done correctly, it WILL work. If you have not reset your unit since installing the bypass, try pressing the small reset button on the front lower left of the unit. Based on your description above, it sounds like the light green parking brake wire is not grounded properly. Check it first.

Thank you ! now thinking i only conected them both to each other ,I did not conect the green wire to anything , What should the green wire be conected to any ground wire .

Yes, any ground should work. You could connect it to the same vehicle wire as the BLACK wire from the back of the Z.
