Hey folks new to the forum world,

I have a an f700bt unit in my truck, about 10 months ago the SD and USB just stopped working, if you would switch to either function it would start up and say "NOW PLAYING" but never start. I was able to perform the firmware update from 2.006 to 2.008 and that fixed the problem. But here we are almost a year later and the problem came back out of nowhere. Has anyone else been able to overcome this annoying issue? I see Pioneer has another FW version bundled with updated map data online but I'm not really keen on shelling out $120.

I have a problem where the system recognizes the SD and UBS but doesnt find anything in them. I did several resets and formatted the cards but nothing yet. I asked here, 1 year after...still no answer, will they give you some feedback on this? I doubt it.
