I downloaded and installed the Mac Musicsphere app on my MacAir, install ended successfully. When I start ITunes Musicsphere is not listed anywhere. If I start the Musicsphere app first iTunes will start and then I get an error message saying "Musicsphere ended unexpectedly".

I've uninstalled the Musicsphere app and reinstalled a couple times but get the same results. Rebooted machine, no help. Called Pioneer, they said they'll call me back possibly Monday. Anyone experience this problem and found a fix?

Called Pioneer and they said this problem is a compatibility issue between MusicSphere and OS Lion (Version 10.7.2). They indicated the problem is being worked on.

i was wondering if there any updated on this issue
