For those who have done the solder Pico fuse deal how many fuses does the f700bt have?

I have grounded the rca's and sounds but but thinking if I do the solder thing may sound better.

 

Another question I have grounded all my RCA cables I have no noticeable whine just a background hiss when I turn it up loud but I think this is mostly from amp noise just a steady hiss.

 

Will it be worth it to open it up and mess with the Pico fuse?
