Dears,

 

since some days its a strange thing. When I am starting the phone connection via bluetooth I just get a windows error note. "A error has..., please contact" . Therfore I tried to update the BT Software, but its not at ~60% it stops, says unable to install...

 

Is there something I could do to exchange the BT Software direct?
