just wonering who has updated to the 3.001 firmware i have the 3.000 on mine and wondering if there is really anything good about updating what is different about it does it make the system run faster

what troubles did it get away from or anything special about it ?

can someone tell me if they have the 3.001 and if there where any problems with the upgrade did it cause anything to stop working on your unit

like the bypass did you have trouble with that or was it the same

did you have anything start working better things work faster anyting would be great to know why they came out with the upgrade does it have something extra that the 3.000 did not have ?

Mine came with the updated 3.001 firmware. The bypass is still the same and works as advertised.

i called Pioneeer thismorning during my break and just asked them what the update from 3.000 to 3.001 did

they said it was for the VR on the Z series and also the Aha radio but did not affect or update anything els

so i figure since i don't have either no reason to update
