It doesn't work I email crufchfield they say the only way to add steering wheel control is if you factory steering wheel control and connect an SWI-PS - PAC Steering wheel control interface for aftermarket stereos

I agree, thats what I am using in my car and it was plug n play, auto programs the controls, its awesome.

I also concur with the others. I used the Axxess controller on a 2004 Ford F150 and it worked flawlessly the first time I plugged it in. However, on that note, the wiring harness I used had the wires in the wrong place so I had to move them around to the correct location to pickup the steering wheel input feed.
