Just been using my new Z1 for about a week or so and I've noticed that anytime I put a cd in to play that it automatically starts to download it even though I do not wish to download it. I can press the stop button but then as soon as I turn off the car and restart the engine it starts auto downloading again to mp3. I've flipped through the manual and settings but haven't yet found a way to turn off this "feature" ... Anyone else think this is a option that shouldn't be forced or have a solution to fix it?

it is an option, its in the av settings screen then the system settings i believe. it is noted as 'rec mode' i believe

Its in the menu. Just turn it off

Set the record mode to manual.
