Just got done installing my traffic tuner & ipod cable for my 930. Do i need to activate the unit with Total Traffic Network? So far it hasnt received any data.....

if no activation is required maybe its because I switched my stock antenna with a billet one & its not receiving a strong signal????? Help....

maybe try to call pioneer and aks them seems like you need the info faster then ones who might know not responding in here

Mine worked without an "activation". I have a Jeep Wrangler and use the stock antenna from the Jeep.
