I have 110 updated to 130 and loving it!

but this morning when I was on my way to work,

there's CAUTION: TRACK LOG INFO MEMORY IS 90% FULL!! warning info pop out.

how do I clear the memory from this or I can turn it off?

to answer my own question.

I ejected the SD card and cleared the info on it and the warning went away!

...until it fills up again. You didn't say whether you re-inserted the SD, but it will probably start logging again when a card is inserted.

Go to Settings/Navi Settings and turn [Drive Log Settings] OFF. It is supposed to be OFF by default.
