X930BT Volume turns down involnutarily

As the title suggests, the volume will randomly get turned down. No, it has nothing to do with the GPS or phone call. I'm just constantly having to turn the volume back up. No clue why this is happening. I'm not sure what information will help so i'll just list what i can think of.

AVIC-X930BT

09 VW CC

ASWC installed but not functioning. Planning on fixing when i install the backup cam

Bypassed

Sounds like the culprit may very well be the non-functioning, yet hooked-up, ASWC.

agreed, i would disconnect it and see if the problem persist.
