My FT90 stopped booting up last month. All I get is the splash and it shut down. So I down loaded the update from Pioneer. The update starts and runs for about 2 or 3 min and stops at 43 percent. The screen turns red and it states copying error. I tried it 3 times. Two different updates. So, is it my internal hard drive that went bad?

you have internal flash. but if you are getting splash and then shutdown, not sure you are able to run any update from pioneer.
