Hi there, I recently got the X930bt installed from FS, however its been over a week know and so far the system had shutoff on me twice for about few seconds and then it comes back up, when it comes back up it resumes back to the original spot it left off at. Can it be a ground wire that is causing this? Any help will be great

Im having the same issue with my X920BT, Ive had it for 2 years and it just started shutting off and coming right back on resuming navigation and or whatever it was doing. Ive tried everything but ripping wires out!!

Im not sure what can cause such a behavior, especially in your case it was working fine for 2 years whats different now, how often does it happen on yours?

Removed my deck today and it turned out that issue was the loop brown wire was grounding itself, put some tape on it and seems to be okay.

I just started having the same problem with my avic-z120bt but it stays on for at least a min or 2 and then cuts off and comes back on but I still have to push (ok) on the screen ?
