Hello so i am a newb to this stuff and i need help right now i have a f700bt model and this deck will bring up the splash screen ffor a moment on startup and then it goes black , and stays there .

i looked at the formus and nothing was in me area of problem i thought i would try to update the stereo with 2.008 and got to 74% and it gave me a error 18 and wont finish updating so now im stuck with this problem if anyone could please help me i cannot get access to the fx3.01 files to update like in that instructions i really need a copy of the stock software so i can reload it and hopefully it will work again ,
