i have a 900bt and when i get to the screen were it says wince update i do it and it says update failed press any key to continue... the problem with my unit is that its stuck on a black screen... can someone help.. i have tried to use the other test mod but nothing ... very frustrating...

are you sure that you have the right winceimg.bin and winceimg.cks in root of sdcard?

tried different sdcard?

tried reformattign sdcard fat instead of fat32?

which option did you choose in uboot?

I got it all fixed but now it always boots to windows screen. The problem before was when I formatted the sd card I am using an apple comp and I didn't format it the right way.

responded on the other thread - sounds like you still have sd card inserted with TESTMODE folder present..

hey would you happen to have the files to do the rebot? my screen has been frozen on the splash screen for months and i can only access service mode but dont have the wince files or a back up.. can i use my sd card with 2.0 as a back up? thanks
