Been searching the forum for a bit with no luck. Would this be the same problem as a Solid black screen? Any ideas? Got this unit as a trade in and when tested The unit powers up but only shows a solid white screen. Thinking I will update the firmware. But maybe its a wiring issue? Thanks guys.
Try and boot it into the test mode (this can be found on this site) then try and do a back up of installed software some of the ones I have had it has been incorrect software

It will reboot then back to the white screen.
