Hello all. I'm new to this site and I've spent 2 days reading posts. I must say there is a ton of info here! I'm getting ready to install a enetrtainment system in my 06 SuperCrew and have a few questions. Many I've already read posts on and answered myself. I bought the install junk from Crutchfiled, antenna adapter, harness, etc.

I'm installing a D1 that I will mod

Sirrius

XDVP-90 changer

AWR-6100 flip down monitor

PAC-SWI-ps remote

I'm really thinking about having the monitor installed professionally everything else I'm not worried about.

Any thoughts or help with the monitor would be great. I don't have a sunroof or rails.

Thanks in advance,

Phillip

It's a good idea to utilize an experienced installers knowledge if you are unsure of your skills. Don't think of it as you are paying for us to install your products, think of it as us saving you from making some of the costly mistakes we may have made, heard of or witnessed. If I put a screw through your roof while mounting your overhead monitor, I pay to fix your car. If you do it, enjoy your new very small sunroofs. Also, we may also know some tricks to get even more enjoyment and better performance from your new A/V entertainment system.

yep, I would say an overhead install is 90% know how, placement, and general experience. and 10% technical as far as wiring and use.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think a $100 is fairly reasonable for a professional job.

Very reasonable.
