The dealer where I bought my Z1 cannot find the vss wire. I looked it up on this web site and it said the wire for an automatic transmission for a 2006 is either a light green/white or green/brown. Neither of these wires work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

http://www.peripheralelectronics.com/pr ... ch=chyah05 Try using this piece, since the CAN-bus system in the newer Daimler-Chrysler vehicles can be rather tricky, and something as simple as removing the factory head unit can throw trouble codes into the diagnostics, and can actually in some cases, damage the vehicle.

I'll second that one. Actually redid an eclipse navi that another cc F&*Ked up not too long ago. The customer wound up getting the piece jimmy linked to. Makes the install 1000x easier.

Yeah, it's pretty sweet. It's got everything right in the harness, so, if they made that part for all vehicles, we'd be out of business.

Ahh you still have to get the radio out before you can do anything. some people can't even do that right.
