Ok I'm very new to the avic 930bt. I switch between radio and ipod frequently. When I'm in ipod mode FM is off the screen. Is there a way to specify which audio sources I use most so they are stacked in the order I use them... I'm betting the answer is no, but I thought I'd ask.

#2 if I use the real pioneer ipod cable will it recognize the device when the car is turned on. In the short term I'm using am old ipod charging cable and a radio shack male to male headphone cable, the down side is I have to re-plug it in every time I turn the car on... no biggie really... though if the "real" cable means I never have to open my glove box again then i'll buy the cable when I get around to buying a micro sd card.

For your first question.... i believe you can creat a shortcut screen. Hit the home button once then hit it again a second time. Should bring up a customizable shortcut screen.
