Hi!

I just installed a Z130bt into my vehicle with the parking brake bypass. This mod seems to be working perfectly.

However, I can turn the car off with the volume at 20, when I turn the car back on it's at a low level like 3 or 4.

Is this normal? It's not a game changer but it is kind of annoying to have to raise the volume every time I get in.

Its not normal.

Weird, I've never heard of it doing that. Some people would call that a feature!

It's been a while since I've installed a stereo, but if I recall correctly, most stereos have a memory wire that (I'm assuming) gives the stereo enough juice while the car is turned off that it remembers the settings. Does that make sense? Do your radio presets stay saved when you shut the car off? If not, check the memory wire.
