Does anyone know how you upload the background images to the z1? Any what size they need to be?.....thanks

It's all spelled out in the manual on pages 96 and 97.

They say you can use some huge formate although I like the 500x240 image... thats the stock size of the preloaded bmp files.

I have a photoshop template and some samples:
