i have an f700bt my screen went black and wouldnt do anything, so i ordered and upgrade to 3.0 from ebay, i did everything exactly like it instructed me to. i restarted my truck then my radio asked for language setting and then i pushed ok and the pioneer logo comes up and it just stays on that screen. it does nothing else. i need the complete backup files for this radio someone please help.
