i took my truck back to the installer it was stuck on the start up screen we went to pioneers websight and loaded the firmware update and reloaded my deck, it is now stuck on the start up screen again but when you push menu it goes to the menu screen some functions work. Tried to reload but it fails to read the sd card and wont reload any ideas??

yes, if you are not able to load the software yourself, then you probably have to send it out to pioneer to have them do it ($$$)

you can also try to search around and find more thing you can try to fix it yourself, also check out the hacks/mod section of the forum, if you can get into testmode, then you can manually load the software yourself, those instructions are also located int the hacks/mod section
