I went in to settings and when I touch the "Change Background" button it just beeps 3 fast beeps and won't let me do anything.

Any suggestions?

probably you have to try change the original backgrounds but have changed the original name or extension; I have resolve it to installa appradio plus, and by explorer have copied the original background in the folder, it's possible to write it one next relaunch the radio, change it and copy the other one, when you have finish uninstall appradio+ exploit.
