My screen on my f500bt has lost its touch (literatly)

 

Does anyone know a fix for this? I saw the scratched screen DIY in the stickys but cant find the replacement screen.

 

Has anyone done this before with a f500bt? Does anyone know the part number/where I can find a replacement screen?
