Just as it says, navigation guidance and blue tooth both have no sound. Also I have noticed when i press the menu button there is no sound either. There is sound from the iPod, radio, CD, and DVD. I am stumped on this one, any help would be much appreciated as I do not have the money to replace the unit at all. I have tried a full system restore as well, and have tried setting it all back to the factory setting. Nothing.

NVM, I got it figured out, and was not the unit, but someone had flipped a switch on my 4 channel amp to 2 channel, which then only gave the option of balance and no fade, which then rendered voice guidance and sound from blue tooth inoperable.
