Can you install the Ipod and Bluetooth Interface Module if there's only one IP-BUS input for the AVIC-Z3?

Yes but the BTB200 is not the BT module that should be used with the Z3.

The ND-BT1 seems to be discontinued. Will the BTB200 not work along with CB-IN100?

As vblue said, the ND-BT1 is for the Z1-Z3.

I believe the BTB-200 will work for BT audio but I don't believe it will work for handsfree. Forum member garrettoomey could probably verify for sure.
