Just installed my app radio 1 have not updated firmware yet.

I try to use pandora, youtube, ipod and i can get no audio out of the phone. video is fine but no audio.

also when I hit the app button i get no app screen, the screen just goes blank and I get nothing.

Motion x gps works on phone and screen but i think no audio

I can use my contacts, make calls, and talk on phone over radio fine

maps wont open on radio, have not tried calander

Is this a Firmware problem?? i will update soon but am curious if that could be it.

think i'm on the origonal firmware it shipped with right now

Think its a bad cord?

Sounds like a bad cable, check to make sure both sides are plugged in securely.

I had this problem once. It turned out to be the phone. Restart it and the AppRadio and see if that fixes it.
