How in the world do you set (from the head unit) the ipod to shuffle ALL songs randomly on the IPOD. I tried the "shuffle song" and "shuffle album" button but it does not seem to shuffle. Also, the manual says that these buttons only shuffle "lists". I found nothing on this site or the net before I ask this question. Please help. I just want to randomly play all my songs on the pod. I have a 120bt which was updated to the 130bt with the free mod. thanks.

I asked the same thing a long time ago. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact steps. I think it involved 1st going to the ipod itself and selecting the random/shuffle mode, then changing the HU to shuffle. After that, it worked/toggled through the HU as you would expect. I hope I got that right. Anyone else have better info?
