i just installed my z1 with the pac c2r-chy and i have no sound has anyone else had this problem

Did you hook the blue/white wire of that interface to the blue/white of the z1?

Does your factory stereo have an external amp which may need to be by-passed?

yes the wire is hooked up i got it fixed the pac bypass is bad out of box
