Just installed a new AVH-P4400BH head unit and when I go to the Bluetooth Audio menu it just says "No Service". When I go to the Phone Menue to pair my phone all the icons are greyed out. Did I do something wrong, or is there a software update I need? Everything else works prefectly.

What phone do you have? Make sure BT is running on the phone and make sure the phone is set to discoverable, usually defaults to discoverable for a minute or so. Then turn the radio on and go to the BT Settings menu. From there you will need to pair the HU and phone. Did you read the manual?
