I have a f700bt unit in my vehicle but the guy I bought it form tried to mod it and I have no text on my menus and what not. I have a post that has pics of my problem. I am looking for someone that I can send my unit to and have them fix it and upload the latest software on my unit. If you know someone from this forum please let me know. You can text me at 920-676-8992 if you have services to offer me. Thanks a bunch in advance!!

Really nobody has any info on a repair service for this? Does anyone have a back up file I could get from them with 2.006 software?

I would try to upgrade to 4.001 hybrid which starts everything anew. Not too painful to do yourself, just need a 4GB (not sure of exact minimum size) or more SD card.
