I picked up a AVIC F7010BT last week and it wont boot up. At first it would just astay in the boot screen for about 10 seconds then shut off. I updated top firmware 2.008 and now the unit powers up and stays in boot screen until I press the Menu button. The unit allows me to get into basic settings but when I pressr the A/V source, or the phone buttons, nothing happens. I contacted Pioneer, they stated the operating system needed to be reloaded. Is this correct? Is there anyway I can do it? The help will be greatly appreciated!
